Our ghee is prepared using the authentic Bilona (hand-churning) method, following ancient Vedic traditions. Fresh A2 Gir cow milk is first set into curd and then slowly churned bi-directionally using a traditional wooden churner to extract butter. This butter is gently simmered over a low flame to create golden, aromatic, and nutrient-rich ghee with a rich taste and natural aroma.
